ZZF Bunscha

8-14 Bunscha Street, Kraków

Development Complex is a stage of the major development project executed in the area of the new Jagiellonian University campus in Ruczaj, Cracow. The project deals with the four five-storey buildings with underground car parks and land management. The design is distinguished by distinctive area separation in the semi private part inside the housing estate from the public space with service businesses located along the Karola Bunscha Street. The complex will have five service establishments with the usable space of approx. 1.000m² and 145 different flats. In order to provide acoustic protection, a double glass facade was designed on the southern side. From the calm side the architecture is shaped in the lay-out of stepwise arranged large terrace roofs descending to the north, which belong to the top stories.
