The “JUU” residential estate, designed in accordance with the principles of the Ikigai philosophy, will be built in Warsaw at Skarbka z Gór. Ecological aspects are very important for this project, where rainwater will be drained in open ponds with hydrophyte greenery, and the buildings will be heated with heat pumps and powered by a photovoltaic installation.
